The Thornova Solar TS-BW66(505) converts sunlight into electricity through advanced heterojunction cell technology. Its HJT design combines crystalline silicon with thin-film layers to improve carrier collection and reduce energy loss. Half-cut cell architecture helps lower resistance and improve output consistency across the module. The bifacial rear side can capture reflected light, which increases total generation when installed above reflective surfaces. This design is especially useful for ground-mount, carport, and open-frame systems. The module also supports stable operation in hot weather, because its temperature coefficient is low.
