Its advanced N-type half cell technology reduces degradation and supports strong performance over decades of operation. Both sides of the bifacial module harvest sunlight, increasing energy yield on suitable mounting surfaces. The Tongwei TWMNF-66HD705W solar panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity using high efficiency N-type monocrystalline cells. These cells are arranged in a 132 half cell configuration to reduce internal resistance and improve energy harvest in real conditions. Front glass with anti reflection coating lets in more light, while the bifacial rear glass captures reflected and diffuse light from the environment. The module operates within a wide temperature range from minus 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius, preserving performance in diverse climates. When sunlight hits the panel, electrical current is produced and exits through the integrated junction box and 4 mm² solar cables. The generated DC power is then routed to compatible inverters, which convert it to AC electricity for site loads or export to the grid. Across its lifetime, low temperature coefficients and controlled degradation help keep energy yield close to the rated output. This process runs silently and continuously whenever sufficient irradiance is available on site.
N-type half cell conversion: The panel uses TNC N-type monocrystalline cells arranged as 132 half cells. This layout reduces resistive losses and enhances efficiency under real world operating conditions.
Bifacial dual glass generation: Light enters through 2.0 millimetre AR coated semi tempered front glass and is also harvested through the rear glass. On bright and reflective surfaces, rear side gain can significantly boost total energy output.
