This N-type bifacial monocrystalline module converts sunlight into clean DC electricity using high-efficiency TOPCon half-cells encapsulated between dual glass layers. Front-side irradiance is captured first, where the 132 half-cells operate at an optimum balance between current and voltage to deliver up to 715 W at around 40.86 V and 17.5 A. At the same time, reflected and diffuse light striking the rear glass is absorbed by the cell rear surfaces, increasing overall generation without expanding the footprint. The module is wired into strings that operate up to 1500 V, then connected to inverters that convert the DC energy to usable AC power for onsite consumption or export to the grid. Carefully engineered temperature coefficients, durable materials, and a low degradation profile help maintain strong performance across a wide climate range from -40°C to 85°C.
N-Type TOPCon half-cell conversion: Sunlight enters through the 2 mm anti-reflection coated front glass, where N-type TOPCon cells absorb photons and generate charge carriers within the silicon structure. Half-cut cell architecture reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance by splitting each cell, which helps maintain higher string output under real-world operating conditions.
Bifacial rear-side gain: The rear 2 mm semi-tempered glass allows additional light to pass through and reflect onto the rear of the cells, where bifaciality raises total energy yield relative to monofacial modules. This effect is especially valuable over bright surfaces or in utility-scale ground-mount arrays, where site design can be optimized to maximize rear-side irradiance and system performance.
Thermal and electrical stability: The module maintains output across temperature changes using low temperature coefficients of -0.28%/°C for Pmax and -0.24%/°C for Voc, limiting performance loss in hot climates. An IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes and 4 mm² cables with 1400 mm length support secure, low-resistance connections while protecting the cells from hotspot damage during partial shading events.
