Each 182 by 182 millimeter mono PERC cell absorbs incoming light through its textured surface and anti reflection glass, then releases electrons that flow through multi busbars to form current. The half cell configuration divides the module into parallel strings, which reduces internal resistance, lowers operating temperature, and enhances performance under partial shading. This generated current is delivered through an IP68 rated junction box and robust connectors to the system inverter, where it is converted from direct current to alternating current power for site loads or export to the grid. The module is engineered to handle system voltages up to 1500 volts, enabling efficient string design for utility and large commercial arrays while maintaining safety and reliability over its service life.
PERC monocrystalline cell conversion: Passivated emitter and rear contact mono cells capture more light by reflecting unabsorbed photons back into the silicon layer.
