Power ratings span from 585 Wp to 605 Wp with module efficiencies up to 21.6 percent across the range. This makes it suitable for constrained rooftops and large-scale ground mounts that require maximum energy yield from each square meter. The panel uses 156 mono PERC half-cells sized 182 by 182 millimeters and is engineered for durability with a robust frame, 3.2 mm tempered glass, and PID-resistant performance in harsh environments. With a 1500 V system voltage rating, it integrates easily into modern high‑voltage strings and supports optimized balance of system costs. This mono PERC half-cell solar panel converts sunlight into direct current electricity using high efficiency monocrystalline cells. Each 182 by 182 millimeter cell is treated with passivated emitter and rear contact technology to capture more light and reduce recombination losses. The cells are cut into halves and connected in a multi busbar layout, which reduces internal resistance and improves shade tolerance. When sunlight hits the anti reflection coated tempered glass, more photons reach the silicon surface and are converted into electrical energy. The generated current flows through the module’s silver busbars and is collected by the junction box, where it is delivered as usable DC output. This DC power is then routed to a compatible inverter, which converts it into AC electricity for on site consumption or export to the grid as part of a complete solar power system.
Mono PERC cell conversion: The monocrystalline PERC cells use a high purity silicon wafer with a passivated rear surface that reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell, which increases the chance of photon absorption. This process allows more energy to be extracted from the same amount of sunlight, which supports higher module efficiencies across the 585 to 605 watt range.
Half-cell and multi-busbar layout: Each full cell is cut into two halves and connected in strings, which reduces current in each path and lowers resistive losses so electrical heating and mismatch are minimized under real operating conditions. The multi busbar design shortens current paths and improves conductivity, which increases output while also enhancing module aesthetics for rooftop installations.
Glass, encapsulation, and system integration: A 3.2 millimeter tempered low iron glass with anti reflection coating allows high light transmission and provides mechanical protection against impact and weather. EVA encapsulant and a durable backsheet seal the 156 cells from moisture and contaminants, while the IP68 junction box and factory cables allow fast integration with 1500 volt inverters and racking systems.
