Each of the 108 half cut cells is sized at 182 by 91 millimetres and arranged to reduce resistive losses and improve shade tolerance. When sunlight hits the anti reflective tempered glass, more photons reach the silicon cells, where energy is captured and converted into electrical current. The module operates at a maximum power of 420 Wp with a voltage at maximum power of 31.9 volts and a current at maximum power of 13.17 amps. This energy then flows through integrated DC cables towards an inverter, which changes it into AC electricity ready for building loads or grid export. The panel is designed to perform within an operating temperature range from minus 40 to plus 85 degrees Celsius.
