The TSEC TS66-CMH-535 H1 535W N-Type TOPCon Monocrystalline Solar Panel delivers high output for modern rooftop and commercial arrays. This advanced N-Type TOPCon module is engineered to provide strong performance, even in high temperatures and low light. With a module efficiency of up to 22.5 percent, more energy is generated from the same roof space, allowing flexible system design. The panel belongs to TSEC’s ALPHA TOPCon 6X22 series, built around 182 mm monocrystalline cells for stable, long term production. A low temperature coefficient and minimal annual degradation support reliable yields over decades. Backed by a leading linear power warranty, this panel is well suited for residential, commercial and light industrial installations where every kilowatt hour counts.

How It Works

This TSEC TOPCon solar panel converts sunlight directly into clean DC electricity through high efficiency monocrystalline cells. Each 182 mm N-Type cell uses Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact technology to reduce electrical losses and capture more photons across the day. The 132 cell layout is optimized to balance voltage and current for modern inverters and high string lengths up to 1500 volts. When light hits the cells, electrons are released and guided through the cell contacts to the busbars and output cables. The integrated IP68 junction box and 4 mm² cabling carry the generated DC power to your inverter, where it is converted into AC electricity. This AC power then supports on site loads or feeds into the grid, reducing reliance on conventional energy sources.

High efficiency TOPCon cell architecture: N-Type TOPCon cells feature a thin tunnel oxide layer and passivated contacts that reduce recombination losses inside the silicon. This structure enables higher cell efficiency, improved low light response and reduced light induced degradation, supporting strong daily energy yields.

Optimized 6X22, 132 cell module design: The 6X22 layout uses 132 monocrystalline cells to deliver a balanced current of 13.21 amps and a voltage of about 40.52 volts at maximum power. This configuration allows long strings on 1500 volt systems while keeping currents manageable, supporting efficient BOS design and streamlined installation.

Durable encapsulation and power delivery: A PV coated glass front and low water vapor transmission encapsulant protect the cells from moisture and mechanical stress over time. The IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes helps limit hot spot risk under partial shading, while factory fitted 1500 mm cables simplify connections to compatible inverters.
