How It Works
This TSEC TOPCon monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into clean DC electricity using high-efficiency N-Type solar cells. The 132-cell layout is designed to balance voltage and current, maximizing usable power under standard test conditions. When sunlight hits the 182mm monocrystalline TOPCon cells, photons are absorbed and free electrons are generated. These electrons move through the cell structure, creating direct current that flows through the internal wiring and junction box. The module then feeds this DC power to an external inverter, which converts it to AC electricity for on-site use or grid export. Optimized temperature coefficients help preserve output on hot days, while strong low light response supports energy production during mornings, evenings, and overcast weather. Over its lifetime, carefully controlled degradation ensures a predictable power curve and supports accurate yield forecasting.
N-Type TOPCon cell structure: N-Type TOPCon cells reduce recombination losses inside the silicon, which helps more of the captured light become electrical energy. Their design typically delivers better efficiency and improved resistance to light-induced degradation compared with conventional P-type cells.
Optimized electrical parameters: At 540W, the module operates with a Vmpp of about 40.64V and Impp around 13.29A under STC. This balance of voltage and current enables flexible string design, supports longer strings in 1500V systems, and assists in reducing overall system BOS costs.
Thermal and environmental resilience: The module’s temperature coefficients limit performance losses as cell temperature rises during operation. An operating range from -40°C to +85°C, combined with IP68 junction box protection, keeps critical components shielded from moisture, dust, and other outdoor stresses.
