Stable performance across wide temperatures: The module operates from -40°C to +85°C, with controlled temperature coefficients on power, voltage, and current. System output stays more predictable as seasonal and daily temperatures change on site.
Optimised energy production with bypass diodes: Three integrated bypass diodes in the junction box help reduce power loss under partial shading. This protection limits hot spots and supports safer, more efficient operation in real rooftop conditions.
Long term warranty protection: Yuraku backs the A-M240 with a 5 year material warranty and a linear performance warranty. Output is supported at 90% for 10 years and 80% for 25 years, offering long term investment confidence.
The Yuraku A-M240 monocrystalline solar panel converts sunlight into usable DC electricity through its precisely interconnected cell matrix. When solar irradiance reaches the 60 monocrystalline cells, photons are absorbed and released as electrical energy within the semiconductor structure. The cells are wired in series to build the module’s operating voltage, which is then available at the positive and negative output cables attached to the junction box. Under standard test conditions, the panel delivers up to 240 Wp, with a voltage at maximum power near 30.4 V and a current at maximum power of 7.9 A. This output connects to a charge controller or inverter, which conditions the power for battery charging or grid compatible AC supply. Protection components and robust materials work together inside the module to maintain consistent performance through changing temperatures, irradiance levels, and partial shading conditions on the array surface.
Monocrystalline cell energy conversion: Each 6 inch monocrystalline silicon cell generates DC power when exposed to sunlight. The cells are arranged as 60 pieces in a 6x10 series string to increase voltage while keeping current suitable for standard 24V DC solar systems.
Module integration and power delivery: The cells are laminated between tempered glass and PET or EVA layers to create a weather sealed module. Current flows from the cell string to the junction box, where factory fitted 4 mm² cables with Tyco connectors deliver power to downstream equipment.
