How It Works
The Prostar PR365W-30MH solar panel converts sunlight into electricity through the photovoltaic effect. When photons from sunlight strike the monocrystalline cells, they excite electrons within the material. These excited electrons flow through an internal circuit to generate direct current electricity. The panel's high efficiency ensures that a large portion of incident sunlight is converted into usable energy. This direct current can then be stored in batteries or converted to alternating current for home use. The robust design allows the panel to maintain performance even under varying light intensities and temperatures.
Photon Absorption: Sunlight photons hit the 120 monocrystalline cells to release electrons. This process initiates the flow of electrical current within the semiconductor material.
Current Generation: The released electrons move through the internal circuit to create direct current. This current is collected by the conductive grid on the cell surface.
Energy Output: The generated electricity flows out through the MC4 connectors to the system. It reaches a maximum power of 365 Wp under standard test conditions.
