This ACS Enerji LXR-MHC-144C-525W solar panel converts sunlight into DC electricity using advanced PERC monocrystalline cells. Each half-cut cell absorbs incoming light through the anti reflective tempered glass and hydrophobic surface coating. Photons release electrons within the silicon structure, creating an electric current that flows through multi busbar conductors. The 144 cell matrix is wired in an optimized series parallel configuration to deliver a maximum power voltage near 41.3 volts. Current and voltage combine to supply up to 525 watts at standard test conditions when irradiance is high and temperatures are moderate. Bypass diodes integrated in the IP68 junction box help mitigate power loss when parts of the module are shaded. The produced DC power then flows through MC4 compatible connectors and PV cables to string inverters or hybrid inverters. Inverters convert the DC energy into AC power suitable for on site loads or export to the grid. Throughout operation, the PERC structure improves absorption of reflected and low angle light for enhanced daily yield.
