Sunlight strikes the 144 half-cut monocrystalline PERC cells, where photons are converted into direct current electricity. The half-cut layout divides each standard cell into two, reducing resistance losses as current flows across shorter paths. Multi-busbar cell design and high quality silver grids collect the generated current efficiently and feed it through the panel’s internal wiring. The tempered front glass uses an anti reflective, hydrophobic coating, which improves light capture and helps dust shed from the surface. Current from each string passes into the IP68 junction box, where bypass diodes protect against shading losses. From there, MC4 compatible connectors and 4 mm² solar cables deliver power to the inverter or charge controller. The inverter then converts the DC output into usable AC power for homes, businesses or the grid as required.
PERC monocrystalline cell conversion: Passivated emitter and rear cell technology increases the amount of light captured inside each cell. A reflective rear surface allows more photons to be absorbed, raising efficiency compared with standard mono cells.
Half-cut and multi-busbar architecture: Cells are cut in half to reduce operating current in each cell string, which lowers resistive losses. Multi-busbar fingers collect current more evenly and limit the impact of micro cracks or minor cell damage.
