The ACS Enerji LXR-MHC-144C-540W panel converts sunlight into direct current electricity using high efficiency monocrystalline PERC solar cells. Each module contains 144 half-cut cells that are wired in series and parallel strings to balance voltage and current. When sunlight hits the silicon cells, photons release electrons and generate an electric current. This current flows through the multi busbar grid and cabling to the junction box located on the rear of the panel. From there, MC4 compatible connectors carry the power to the system wiring and inverter. The inverter then converts the direct current into usable alternating current for loads or export. Under standard test conditions, the panel delivers stable output while staying within its temperature coefficient limits. Its robust frame and glass protect the cells, while the hydrophobic coating helps preserve performance over time.
PERC monocrystalline cell conversion: Monocrystalline cells use a uniform crystal structure to reduce internal losses. PERC technology adds a rear passivation layer that reflects unabsorbed light back into the cell. This increases electron generation and raises module efficiency, especially in bright conditions.
Half-cut cell and multi busbar layout: The 144 cells are cut into halves to lower the current in each cell string. This design reduces resistive losses and improves shade tolerance across the module area. Multi busbar conductors shorten current paths, enhancing reliability and power delivery.
