This 132 half-cell monocrystalline module is designed for free field installations and demanding commercial roofs. Its N-Type TOPCon cell technology provides excellent efficiency and strong performance under low light conditions. A durable glass glass construction protects the cells and helps extend service life on challenging sites. Bifacial cells harvest energy from the front and rear sides to increase yield on suitable surfaces. The panel achieves a module efficiency of 23.10% for maximum energy density per square meter. With a maximum system voltage of 1500 V it integrates easily into modern large scale arrays. How It Works

The AxSun Solar 625 Wp panel converts sunlight into electricity using high efficiency N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline cells. These half cells are arranged in a 132 cell layout to reduce resistive losses and support stable output. Sunlight hitting the front glass surface enters the encapsulated cells and is converted into direct current power. Because the module is bifacial additional light from the rear side is captured and used. An anti reflection coating on the glass improves light transmission and supports higher energy yield. Generated current flows through multi busbar cell connections that reduce internal resistance. From the cells electricity is routed to the IP68 junction box and MC4 connectors for safe integration. The panel is then wired into strings and connected to inverters which supply usable AC power to the site. Through this design reliable energy production is achieved across a wide temperature and irradiance range.

N-Type TOPCon half cells: N-Type silicon cells with TOPCon technology reduce recombination losses inside the cell structure. This leads to higher efficiency and better performance in weak or diffuse light. Half cell layout halves the current in each cell strip and reduces resistive heating. This supports improved output and reliability under real operating conditions.

Bifacial glass glass architecture: The module uses bifacial cells laminated between two sheets of 2 mm safety glass. Light reflected from the ground or mounting surface enters through the rear glass and boosts power generation. Glass on both sides protects cells against moisture and mechanical stress over time. This is the first stage of my three planned purches. I got the eg4 inverter 6000 XP base kit with six 400 watt panels and the two server rack batteries. Did a little online research and followed the instructions and it got set up without any issues. Right now I'm just running it in my garage on a single outlet and have been running dual 750 watt water distillers with it. Once I get the second inverter and a bunch more panels and batteries, I plan on attaching it to my subpanel in my house that has my lights and outlets and appliances on it.
