Premium tempered glass on the front and back, combined with an anodized aluminium frame, ensures strong mechanical stability and long-term outdoor reliability. The panel delivers up to 18.8% efficiency under standard test conditions for the 310 W variant, with a maximum system voltage of 1500 V for flexible system design. German engineering, rigorous electroluminescence testing, and a proven degradation profile provide dependable output over decades. This mono-crystalline bifacial solar panel converts sunlight into direct current electricity using high quality silicon cells arranged in a 60 cell layout. The front and rear glass surfaces allow light to reach the active cell surfaces from above and from reflected sources below the module. Under standard test conditions, the front side provides the rated output from 300 W to 385 W, depending on the selected model. The rear side produces additional power when installed above bright or reflective surfaces such as light concrete, white roofing, or snow. Power electronics such as string inverters or hybrid inverters then convert the generated DC into usable AC electricity for on-site loads or export to the grid. The integrated junction box, bypass diodes, and MC4 compatible connectors ensure safe operation, easy wiring, and reliable current flow across a wide temperature range from –40 °C to 85 °C.
Front-Side Power Generation: The front side operates at standard test conditions of 1000 W/m² irradiance, 25 °C cell temperature, and AM 1.5 spectrum. Under these conditions, the GSM 300 W module delivers a Pmax of 300 W with a Vmpp around 32.3 V and Impp around 9.29 A, while higher bin classes reach up to 385 W with increased current. The mono-crystalline cells convert incident sunlight into DC power with module efficiencies up to 18.8%, allowing compact arrays with strong output on limited roof space.
Rear-Side Bifacial Gain: The rear glass side captures diffuse and reflected light from the ground or mounting surface, contributing additional output up to 10–30% in optimized layouts. Under STC-like rear conditions, rear-side Pmax for the 300 W class is specified around 255 W, with proportionally similar values for higher power classes. This effect is strongest when modules are elevated above light coloured or reflective surfaces with adequate spacing, which increases overall system yield without additional module area.
Performance Across Real-World Conditions: At nominal operating cell temperature conditions of 800 W/m² and 20 °C, the 300 W bifacial panel delivers about 221 W from the front side. Carefully controlled temperature coefficients of –0.38%/°C for Pmax, –0.30%/°C for Voc, and +0.048%/°C for Isc help maintain strong performance in hot climates. Triple 100% electroluminescence testing ensures hidden cell defects are minimized, so the panel continues operating reliably under varying irradiance, temperature, wind load, and snow load conditions.
