This Guorun Energy 525 HJT Monocrystalline Bifacial Solar Panel converts sunlight into usable direct current electricity through high efficiency semiconductor cells. Each of the 108 monocrystalline cells absorbs incoming radiation on the front surface while the bifacial design also captures reflected light from the rear side. The generated current is collected by conductive busbars and routed through the module’s internal circuitry toward the junction box at the rear. From there, standard MC4 connectors and 4 mm² DC cables transfer power to string wiring and on to the inverter, where it is converted into alternating current electricity. Carefully tuned electrical characteristics, such as a 35.01 V voltage at maximum power and 15 A current at maximum power, allow efficient operation with modern inverters and 1500 V DC systems. Thermal behavior is managed by low power temperature coefficients, which help reduce output losses during hot summer days and under high irradiance. The entire assembly is sealed beneath anti reflection coated glass and framed in anodized aluminium, which maintains structural integrity and long term reliability in outdoor conditions.
Bifacial HJT energy conversion: Heterojunction technology combines crystalline silicon wafers with thin amorphous layers to improve charge collection and reduce recombination losses inside each cell.
