This advanced module uses 210 mm large wafer technology, high-density cell layout, and dual glass construction to push output up to 610 Wp with module efficiency up to 21.55%. Its bifacial design captures light from both sides, which increases total energy yield and improves project returns over the system lifetime. Gallium doped wafers and optimized circuit design help limit power loss, even in hot conditions and partial shading. With a 1500 V system rating, robust IP68 junction box, and anodized aluminium frame, the SS9-60HD-600M is engineered for demanding environments and long-term stable performance.

The SolarSpace SS9-60HD-600M bifacial mono PERC solar panel converts sunlight into DC electricity using high efficiency monocrystalline PERC cells arranged in a half‑cut layout. Light hitting the front glass is absorbed by the cells and transformed into electrical energy at up to 610 Wp under standard test conditions. The dual glass structure also enables the rear side to harvest reflected and diffuse light from the ground or nearby surfaces, which boosts output beyond the front rating. This generated DC power is routed through the IP68 junction box and MC4-type connectors to the string wiring, then on to a compatible solar inverter that converts it into usable AC power for site loads or export to the grid.
Bifacial dual glass conversion: The module uses two layers of 2 mm semi-tempered glass to encapsulate the cell string securely while leaving the rear side optically active. Light reflected from the ground or nearby surfaces enters through the back glass and is captured by the PERC cells, adding rear‑side power gain on top of the front output.
Mono PERC half-cell design: Monocrystalline PERC cells with 210 mm wafers are cut into half cells and wired in a high-density layout to reduce resistive losses. This configuration improves shade tolerance, lowers internal current, and increases module efficiency, keeping performance strong under real‑world operating conditions.
Thermal and electrical stability: Gallium doping minimizes light induced degradation while optimized temperature coefficients limit power loss as module temperature rises.
