How It Works
This TSEC TS66-CMH-525 H1 solar panel converts sunlight into electricity using high-efficiency N-type TOPCon monocrystalline cells arranged in a 6x22 layout. When light hits the 182 mm cells, it generates direct current, which is then routed through the integrated IP68 junction box and cables to your inverter. The inverter converts the DC power to AC power that can be used onsite or exported to the grid. Optimized temperature coefficients ensure relatively stable power output as the module heats up in real-world operation. The low degradation rate preserves output year after year, supporting predictable long-term energy yields for residential, commercial, and utility-scale systems.
N-Type TOPCon monocrystalline cells: The module uses N-type TOPCon silicon cells that reduce carrier recombination losses and resist light-induced degradation. This structure enables higher efficiency and more stable performance over time than conventional cell types.
Optimized electrical design: At standard test conditions, the panel delivers 525 Wp with a maximum power voltage near 40.25 V and current around 13.05 A. This balance of voltage and current allows flexible string configuration with modern 1500V inverters and helps reduce overall system losses.
Robust module architecture: A coated front glass, low water vapor transmission encapsulant, and durable backsheet protect the cells from moisture and mechanical stress. The IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes manages shading impacts and improves energy harvest under partial shading conditions.
